If the product has not been shipped, you can cancel your order, and the process depends on the payment method:

- Once approved, the company will transfer the refund to your specified bank account.
2. Credit/Debit Card:
- Customer Service will verify customer information, including Order ID, customer name, and the product to be canceled.
- If approved, the refund process will automatically return the money to the original payment method within 7 business days.
